Hello, and welcome!

In this changing and challenging world filled with stress, fear and anger, we can make space to rest and come back to our natural state of love, peace and wisdom. Coming back to our peaceful selves we can better shine our lights and do what is important for us; play our role in helping others and healing our planet. 

Yoga Nidra, Nourishing Movement, Heart Meditation, Sound Healing and Nature Connection are practices that bring you out of your busy mind and into the warmth of your tender heart. My mission is to make these powerful healing practices accessible to more humans. 

I offer sessions in person in Thalwil, in Zurich and online and facilitate nature retreats for humans to take the space and time to tune in and restore.  

 

Weekly circles include nourishing yoga and breathing practices, and yoga nidra deep relaxation accompanied by the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. We come together to create more calm, wellness and meaning in our lives. Circles are held on:

Tuesdays 10-11am

Thursdays 2-3pm

Thursdays 7-8pm

Sundays 7-8pm

*Teens circle at 5-6pm on Tuesdays

Special circles support people living with a medical diagnosis such as cancer, women seeking to conceive, teens, pregnant mums, and postnatal Mums with babies

May we journey together towards a kinder world.
