A Full Moon Cacao Ceremony to bring us together in a safe and supportive energy. We share a powerful process of diving deep within, opening our hearts, letting go of the old and setting intentions for the new. The ceremonial cacao we offer is a potent healing remedy filled with antioxidants; it helps release endorphins and brings sensations of peace and vitality. A heart opening meditation will bring us to our expanded sense of self, supporting us to relate to ourselves and others with more space and ease. A Yoga nidra sound bath will bring us back to the calm under all the noise. This promises to be a beautiful uplifting evening which will stay with you in the month ahead.
