We start with a chat where you can share what you hope to gain from the yoga nidra sessions and we will create a yoga nidra that is tailored to your specific needs. We can also discuss what yoga, breathing, meditation and other practices can be of support to you. One to one online sessions are especially popular with people on tight schedules or those dealing with illness or caring for children.
