Service Description

An hour of healing rest with Yoga Nidra infused with Tibetan singing bowls. Through deep rest we distance ourselves from our thoughts and emotions, come back to the calm within, supporting us to heal physically and mentally. A chance to release tension, resolve symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma, positively altering the brain such that you may feel calmer, happier and more connected to yourself.
